Cheers to International Stout Day!
To celebrate, we’ve teamed up with the guys at Guinness to collaborate on a doughnut, deliciously inspired by the world famous stout.
We set ourselves the task to bring all the great flavours of Guinness to life in this scrumptious collaboration – a dark Guinness and chocolate sourdough base, a Guinness and chocolate custard filling and a smooth glaze with Guinness chocolate shavings on top. Not for the faint-hearted – it’s the impressive balance of sweetness from the chocolate and distinctive bitterness from the stout which makes for a doughnut that’s as rich and creamy as the pint itself.

Crosstown launches a brand new seasonal flavour in collaboration with independent London Distillery, Sipsmith, using their recently launched London Cup. Crafted from their award-winning London Dry Gin, London Cup is a refreshing summer punch infused with Earl Grey tea, borage, lemon verbena and a host of other botanicals.
Inspired by Sipsmith’s perfect serve, the new doughnut features Crosstown’s signature sourdough, hand-dipped in a London Cup gin and lemon glaze, and finished off with a candied lemon cross.
Aavailable for a limited time only at Crosstown’s flagship Doughnut and Coffee Bar on Soho’s Broadwick Street and Crosstown market stalls across London, from Monday 22nd August .
THE SINGLE SERIES
The Single Series is an on-going collaborative project launched by Crosstown. The concept pharmacy-no-rx.net will see Crosstown pair select ingredients from premium brands, to create limited edition unique flavours of doughnuts that celebrate the best of flavour in single origin/sourced produce. The first Single Series kicked off in November 2015 with three ingredients to create three separate doughnut flavours; Coffee, Whisky and Chocolate.
Pump Street Bakery’s Ecuador Hacienda Limon 75% dark chocolate in 3 ways to showcase the intense flavours of the bean; a dark chocolate custard filling topped with a chocolate ganache and finished with a sprinkling of dark chocolate shavings.

Crosstown’s signature sweet sourdough with the smoky flavours of Jura’s Prophecy in three ways, with a whisky cream filling, whisky glaze and a light crumble of whisky infused Scottish shortbread.

Crosstown’s signature hybrid sourdough with a single origin coffee cream filling, coffee glaze, and light dusting of ground beans. There is at least one shot of coffee in every doughnut.
