Our normal Customer Service hours are 9am to 3pm, Monday-Sunday. 

Throughout the day and over the weekend, our production team do their best to keep an eye on this inbox, and pick up any messages regarding next day orders. If you have an amendment for a next day order, please make sure your order reference, and the change that you would like to make are detailed clearly. If you are emailing through the day or the weekend, and your query is not related to a next day order, our Customer Service team will be in touch as soon as they return to the office, to resolve this for you. Crosstown puts a strong emphasis on providing a premium experience for all of our customers, so please know that if it is an issue that you are facing, we will prioritise rectifying this for you as soon as we possibly can.
