Crosstown is an independent London-based brand that launched as a market stall on Leather Lane in 2014. Scratch bakers specialising in sourdough doughnuts that are handmade fresh 365 days a year, Crosstown prides itself on utilising the best quality ingredients whilst making everything in-house – whether a jam, compote, glaze, filling or topping.
In May 2015, Crosstown opened its first permanent site in the heart of Soho, pairing doughnuts with specialty coffee. Since then, Crosstown has launched 4 further doughnut & coffee bars in Shoreditch (September 2016), Camden (January 2017), Victoria (May 2017) and Piccadilly (September 2017) – with more on the way. The business also has an online store, delivering daily to offices, events & functions across London, with same-day delivery available.
Crosstown doughnuts can also be found at various markets throughout London including Spitalfields E1, Kings Cross, Broadway Market, and Leather Lane – as well as in select retailers such as Wholefoods, Sourced Market and Air New Zealand (served in Premium Economy/Business Class for flights to LA).
Crosstown was founded by Adam Wills (originally from New Zealand) and JP Then (Australian) – they continue to run the business and are the active Directors of the company.
